("RGGE"), holder of Facility Operating I If License No.DPR-l8, hereby, recpiests that, the Technical Specifications" t set forth in Appendix A to that license be amended.This request for a change to the Technical Specification is, submitted'in order to delete the requirement for operation of the charcoal filter absorber system when moving fuel in the spent fuel storage pool.The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment.
