Enclosed is an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to add additional requirements to the Auxiliary Electrical Systems Technical Specifications and Action Statements for the instrument bus systems.Xt should be noted that this Technical Specification upgrade is a voluntary submittal on the part of RGGE.This upgrade is in response to the guidance provided in Generic Letter 91-11 for resolution of Generic Issue 48.Consequently, these proposed changes are modeled after the Standard Technical Specifications, although not a verbatim translation of the Standard Technical Specifications.
