AsstatedinourletterofJuly21,1977,weexpectthat,followingreceiptofapprovalofthemodificationdesignbytheNRC,detailedengineeringandprocurementofequipmentwillrequireapproximately9months.Installationmustbeperformedat.acoldorrefuelingshutdownandwouldrequireapproximatelytwoweeks..TheeffectivedataofaTechnicalSpecificationshouldbesetconsistentwiththisschedule.
AttachmentCTheTechnicalSpecificationchangeproposalrevisesaproposaloriginallysubmittedDecember22,1977whichwasfiledpriortotheeffectivedateof10CPR170.22.TherevisionisnecessarytoincorporateachangeindesignwhichwasrequestedbytheNRCStaff.ThedesignchangewasdescribedinoursubmittalofJuly24,1978.BecauseitisarevisionwhichtheStaffrequestedandisnowreviewing,andisnotanewrequest,nofeeisrequired.
