On 1/3/2012, Jack Gadzala called and provided the following information:1 - Kewaunee did not start the "54 Average" process on 1/1/12 due to lack of operationalsoftware ("EmpCenter") from the vendor to support the 54 Average calculations.2 - EmpCenter is widely used in industry (I did not ask for details). However, the 54Average calculation appears not to be ready for anyone. Thus, a Kewaunee deploymentdate is not yet determined.3 - Kewaunee's primary POC for the 54 Average process is MaryJo Haese (who I know). She is to advise me when a forecasted date for adoption is provided by the vendor.

On 1/3/2012, Jack Gadzala called and provided the following information:

1 - Kewaunee did not start the "54 Average" process on 1/1/12 due to lack of operational software ("EmpCenter")

from the vendor to support the 54 Average calculations.

2 - EmpCenter is widely used in industry (I did not ask for details).

However, the 54 Average calculation appears not to be ready for anyone. Thus, a Kewaunee deployment date is not yet determined.

3 - Kewaunee's primary POC for the 54 Average process is MaryJo Haese (who I know). She is to advise me when a forecasted date for adoption is provided by the vendor.

Questions for you (Mike)a - Do you need more detail or a conference call for direct contact?b - Is this message from me adequate or do you need the licensee to provide this information in an email message (I discussed this contingency with Jack in case it would be necessary)?

c - Noting the large distribution on Undine's original message below, is my response just to you adequate?
