The present location is actually in Warrensville Heights, a southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. The new location is approximately 15 miles southeast of the present facility. | |||

Our RS-SGP-880.0, PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN AND PROCEDURE FOR THE PROTECTION OF SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL OF LOW STRATEGIC SIGNIFICANCE, has been revised to incorporate the specific changes mandated by the move to the Twinsburg location. The S0P is marked as attachment 6. Since it contains information pertaining to site security as well as security of special nuclear material, the document is considered proprietary. | |||

Radiation Measurements Corporation of Chicago, Illinois, or another company with acceptable qualifications, will be contracted to move the special nuclear material from Warrensville Haights to the Twinsburg location. | |||

After the Warrensville Heights facility has been vacated, Reuter-Stokes will decontaminate the controlled access areas and contract Radiation Management Corporation to perform a decommissioning and decontamination survey. | |||

The type and quantity of special nuclear mate ial remains the same as in the license. | |||

The Radiation Safety Officer and his assistant remaia the same. | |||
: 10. The persons designated to use or to directly supervise the use of the special nuclear material remain the same, | |||
