Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.7.d, we are submitting the attached Core Operating Limits Report (COLR), Revision 1 for North Anna 2 Cycle 10 Pattern RE.
The previous version (Revision 0) of this document was revised prior to Unit 2 startup !
and was therefore not submitted to the NRC. The minimum measured flow rate for the l reactor coolant system has been reduced to 275,300 gpm (from 284,000 gpm) as previously approved by the NRC on August 30,1993. l Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact us. l Very truly yours, ;
