Kewaunee PSDAR Meeting Public Participation Ground Rules
Public Participation Ground Rules To speak:
- If you did not sign up to speak prior to the meeting, you can sign up with the Facilitator during the break
- Provide written comment/question for facilitator to read aloud, if preferred
- Phone participants can press STAR ONE (* 1) to ask a question/make a comment
- Facilitator may request clarification
- Be ready to speak immediately following prior speaker
Public Participation Ground Rules When speaking, please:
- Introduce yourself and state your affiliation; speak slowly and clearly
- Direct comments to NRC
- Be courteous and respectful
- Keep comments/questions concise
- Share the air time: We want to hear from everyone
- Respect time limits and Facilitators time cues
