C. 20555 RE: St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket No. 50-335 and 50-389 Proposed License Amendment Ex losive Gas Mixture H dro en Monitor Deletion Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) recpxests to amend Facility Operating Licenses for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2.

The proposed amendments revise Technical Specifications Section 3/4.11.2.5, Explosive Gas Mixture, to correct an administrative error that references a continuous hydrogen monitor that is not part of the plant design.

Attachment 1 and 2 are marked up copies of the proposed Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specification changes. Attachment 3 is a Safety Analysis in support of the proposed amendments. Attachment 4 is the "Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration." The proposed amendments have been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power 6 Light Company Nuclear Review Board.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (b)(l), a copy of the proposed amendments is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.
