PLANT SYSTEMS 3/4.7.5 ULTIMATE HEAT SINK LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.7.5 The ultimate heat sink shall b e OPERABLE with:
- a. A minimum water level at or a bove elevation 674 feet mean sea level USGS datum, and
- b. An average ERCW supply he ader water temperature of less than or equal to 87 0 F.
