Spring 1996 Refueling Outage R Wl Enclosed, are the ASME Section XI Inservice Inspection Reports for the St. Lucie Unit 1 Spring 1996 refueling outage. Enclosure 1 is the NIS-1 Owner's Data Report for Inservice Inspections.

Enclosure 2 is the'NIS-2 Owner's Reports of Repairs and Replacements. The Forms NIS-1 and NIS-2 Inservice Inspection Summary Reports are required by ASME Code Section XI. The reports are to be submitted within 90 days of completing the refueling outage inservice inspection.

This report also provides the information required to be included in the Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspection Special Report. The report is being included pursuant to sections 4.4.5.5.b and 6.9.2 of the St. Lucie Unit 1 Technical Specifications.
