Annual Dose Reportfor2018 Pursuant to 1 O GFR 20.2206, "Reports of individual monitoring," paragraph (c), the Annual Dose Report covering the preceding year shall be submitted on or before April 30 of each year. The Annual Dose Report for 2018 provides the results of individual radiation monitoring carried out by Braidwood Station for each individual for whom radiation monitoring was provided during 2018. The data file containing this report was submitted electronically via the Radiation Exposure and Information Reporting System (REIRS) internet web page on April 22, 2019. The data file titled "NRC20190408.dat" was generated on April 8, 2019 on a computer using the Windows 7 Enterprise operating system, following the guidance provided in Regulatory Guide 8.7, "Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Dose Data," Revision 4, dated May 2018.
