of the Connecticut River in the Town of Vernon, Vermont, which Entergy NuclearNorthStar Vermont Yankee, LLC either owns or to which it has perpetual rights and easements.

5.2 Spent Fuel Storage Spent Fuel shall not be stored in the Spent Fuel Pool.
