Topics discussed include lessons-learned from other nuclear construction projects, proposed characterization of potential findings, and conduct of readiness-reviews prior to the authorization to possess special nuclear material. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss proposed updates to the construction inspection program for fuel cycle facilities. Topics discussed include lessons-learned from other nuclear construction projects, proposed characterization of potential findings, and conduct of readiness-reviews prior to the authorization to possess special nuclear material.
