50-150. The changes that have been made to the E-Plan are minor and have been analyzed to ensure that they do not reduce its effectiveness. As is specified in 1O-CFR-50.54(q), the OSURR will retain documentation of the changes and analysis for at least three years.
A document change sheet is enclosed which details the changes, rationales and analyses.
As the enclosed E-Plan contains non-SGI security-related information, it should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 1O-CFR-2.390 and has been marked accordingly. If you have questions on the content of this report, please contact Mr.
