In accordance with your application dated September 26, 1968, and pursuant to Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1861 is hereby amended to extend the expiration date of the license. Accordingly, Condition 4 is revised as follows:

4. Expiration date:

October 31, 1993, or upon conversion of Construction Permit No. CPPR-91 ,

to an operating license, whichever is earlier.

All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.

Enclosed are NRC Materials License No. SNM-1861, which has been revised in its entirety, and a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report.
