In accordance with your' application dated June 16, 1989, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1861 is hereby amended to reflect updates made to the original license including changes which have resulted from previous license amendments. Accordingly, Condition 9 is revised to include the date of June 16, 1989, and Condition 8 is revised as follows: ,
- 8. 2,600 kilograms of U-235 contained ir. up to 193 fuel assemblies and in up to 100 fuel rods All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Revised Materials License No. SNM-1861 incorporating Amendment No.13 and a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
