'!his acknowledges the receipt of your letter of October 2,1988, which revised the classification of the Watts Bar fuel Storage Physical Security Plan. Our review of the change has found it to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).
It has been determined that your submittal contains infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
It is therefore deemed to be cormercial or financial infomation within the treaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19.
