70-02928 f tof}gtfN 1 AND 2 - FUEL STORAGE PHYSICAL SECURITY WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLAN In accordance with 10 CFR 70.32(e), TVA hereby amands its fuel Storage Physical Security Plan for WBN and the supplements thereto.
Enclosed are four copies (copy Nos. 6-9) for your review, one copy for Region II (copy No. 10),
and one copy (copy No. 19) will be submitted to the Director of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.
The purpose of the amendment is to declassify the WBN Fuel Storage Physical Security Plan from "Safeguards Information" in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21(a). The plan is now to be classified as "Proprietary" in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1).
This change was coordinated with C. Perny (Region II), F. L. Ginn and R. E. Garrison (TVA) by telephone conversation on May 9, 1988.
The WBN Fuel Storage Physical Security Plan (Safeguards Information versior) shall be removed in its entirety and be replaced with the enclosed WBN Fuel Storage Physical Security Plan (Proprietary version).
ine "Proprietarv" version shall be regarded as a controlled document within TVA, as well as a "Proprietary" document both inside and outside TVA.
The amendment (enclosure) contains proprietary information and should be withheld from public disclosure as provided in 10 CFR 2.790.
It is, therefore, deened to be commercial or financial information with the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19.
