By letter dated Cecember 7,1987, you provided to us follow-up c~ocumentation on a phone conversation held on November 5, 1987 between your ccntractor, HAFA International and NRC staff. The subject was regarding reduction of hold tin;e during IIT pressure testing of portions of the rain steam, feedwater and steam generator blowdown systeras. Our approval for use of IIT at Feaver Valley Unit I has been docuniented in a letter, D. MacDonald to J. J. Care), dated May 15, 1986.
