The proposed amendment revises the snubber visual inspection surveillance requirements and acceptance criteria in accordance with the guidance provided in Generic Letter 90-09,"Alternative Requirements For Snubber Visual Inspection Intervals and Corrective Actions," issued on December 11, 1990.FPL has determined that the proposed.amendment does not involve a significant hazard pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92.The proposed revised technical specification change is shown in Attachment 1.A description of the amendment request and the supporting safety analysis which forms the basis for a no significant hazards determination is provided in Attachment 2.Attachment 3 provides the no significant.
