The attachment to this letter further clarifies OPPD's response to EMCB-RAI-6.

Please note that after further review, OPPD will place the information contained in the response to EMCB-RAI-6 in the USAR. Attachment 1 contains the revised response to EMCB-RAI-6 and replaces the responses provided in References 5 and 6. Revised USAR markup and clean pages superseding those provided with Reference 6 are contained in Attachments 2 and 3 respectively.
