Dear Mr. Brisighella and Dr. Slaughter:

By letter dated May 30, 2012, as supplemented by letter dated July 19, 2012 (available in the

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), Accession Nos. ML12152A233, and ML122021201), Aerotest Operations,

Inc. (Aerotest), submitted an application requesting NRC consent, pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.80, for the indirect license transfer of the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (ARRR) Facility Operating License No. R-98. The indirect license transfer would occur as a result of the proposed sale of Aerotest by Autoliv, ASP, Inc., to Nuclear Labyrinth LLC (Nuclear Labyrinth).

During our review of your application as supplemented, questions have arisen for which we require additional information and clarification. Please provide responses to the enclosed request for additional information within 30 days of the date of this letter. Enclosure 1 is a proprietary version of the request for additional information. Enclosure 2 is a public version of the request for additional information.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30(b), your response must be executed in a signed original document under oath of affirmation. Your response must be submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4, "Written Communications." Information included in your response that is considered to be security, sensitive, or proprietary, that you seek to have withheld from the public, must be marked in accordance 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding."
