[External_Sender]NextEra'sASR  Hi Angela, Thank you for offering to answer C-10 questions on Seabrook's ASR unresolved issue. How long were you  auditing with NRC staff at Seabrook recently. What were the dates you were at Seabrook and where?? Containment in Unit 1 AND 2? The audit you and staff on October 27-29th 2015 you wrote:
[External_Sender]NextEra'sASR  Hi Angela,
Audit Results. Prior to the audit, by letter dated October 2, 2015 (Accession No. ML15251A333), the staff issued new and follow up RAIs to request information pertaining to concerns associated with the applicant's June 30, 2015, submittal. The staff's concerns documented in the RAIs included: - Addressing recent operating experience concerning building deformation caused by global ASR expansion - Representativeness between test specimens and methodology of measurement and correlation of testing program to Seabrook structures - Uncertainties and variations associated with estimate of normalized modulus - Representative sample for monitoring through-wall expansion - Combined cracking index (CCI) as a surrogate for ASR expansion in the in-plane direction What are the NextEra answers to the questions above, as their responses were not providing a " sufficient technical basis" . NextEra withheld data in Seabrook's containment DONE by an MPR contractor, right? Or was it done be Texas staff.? After NextEra in 2010 did cores in Seabrook's control building, in 2012, two years later, NextEra NEVER WENT INSIDE CONTAINMENT.
