AttachmentBSafetyEvaluationThechangereflectschangesinboththeoffsiteandonsiteorganizationatRochesterGasandElectricCorporation.ApositionentitledSuperintendentofNuclearProductionreplacesthepositionDivisionSuperintendent,ElectricandSteamProductionintheGinnaoffsitemanagementorganization.ThepositionsresponsibleforcorporateandGinnaStationsecurityarereflectedontheoffsiteorganizationchartandotherchangesinthecorporatestructurearealsoshown.TheNSARBis'esponsibletotheExecu-tiveVicePresidentinsteadoftheCorporateChairmanoftheBoard.ThechangesdonotdegradetheoffsitemanagementcontrolofGinnaStation.AtGinnaStation,apositionofTechnicalEngineerhasbeencreatedwithresponsibilityforbothplantnuclearengineeringandtheresultsandtestgroup.TheTechnicalEngineerhasalsobeenaddedtothePlantOperationsReviewCommittee(PORC)member-ship.ThepositionofResultsandTestEngineerhasbeenreplacedbyResultsandTestSupervisor.ThepositionofFireProtectionandSafetyCoordinatorhasbeenaddedtotheplantorganizationchart.Thispositionisresponsibleforonsitefireprotectionmeasures.TheOfficeSupervisornolongerhasresponsibilityforGinnaStationsecurityandthepositionhasthereforebeendeletedfromtheorganizationchart.Securityresponsibilitiesarereflectedontheoffsiteorganizationchartinstead.ThechangesintheonsiteorganizationchartdonotdegradetheGinnaStationorganization.
