The pump was removed from service and the seal was replaced'n addition, the motor bearings were replaced, a new lube oil pump and lube o(l hose was Installed.

Unit was returned to full service after the repairs-.

This occurred when a

clearance tag was hung on an. ammonia chemical addition valve for feedwater and the control fuse for the IC feed-water isolation valve was mistakenly removed.

This caused isolation valve to close and lead to the Low-Low Level trip.

Operations personnel will be retralned on interpretting control wiring diagrams, Unit was returned to service.
