In our {{letter dated|date=April 22, 1981|text=April 22, 1981, letter}} South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) noted three areas which were open with regard to emergency planning and committed to res se those areas by either, (1) meeting the requirements and implementation dates in NUREG-0654 and NUREG-0696, or (2) come to a mutually agreeable solution in the requirements with the NRC staff. After discussing this with Mr. Tom Kevern and Mr. William Kane of the NRC, SCE&G would like to clarify that our commitment to meet NUREG-0654 Revision 1 applies to the dose assessment aspects found in Appendix 2 of NUREG-0654 Revision 1. | |||

In our April 22, 1981, letter South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) noted three areas which were open with regard to emergency planning and committed to res se those areas by either, (1) meeting the requirements and implementation dates in NUREG-0654 and NUREG-0696, or (2) come to a mutually agreeable solution in the requirements with the NRC staff.
