Recommendation: | In accordance with the Commission's staff requirements memorandum on SECY-85-335, the NRC staff drafted an order that would deny the request of the Tennessee Valley Authority for an extension of the November 30, 1985 environmental qualification deadline for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. | ||
That draft order, which incorporates cur comments as accepted by the staff, is attached hereto. | |||
The Office of Policy Evaluation has reviewed the order and has no objections to its contents. | |||
