(Internal #510) In Rev 0 of this GTST, staff proposed bracketing the document reference of Generic Letter 82-33 in GTS 5.4.1.b for consistency with WOG STS 5.4.1.b, Rev. 4, and to allow for the possibility of updating this reference in the future.

APOG commented that the possibility for future changes does not rely on the existence of brackets. Since there is no COL Item and no Reviewer's Note defining the use of this bracketed referenced, adding brackets is inappropriate. The comment was resolved by withdrawing the proposal to add brackets.
