DRAFT TESTIMONY FOR LLOYD/FUQUA HEARING ON HEU CONVERS' ION Attached is a draft of testimony to be given by Comissioner Bernthal on September 25th before a joint hearing of the Subcomittees of Energy Development and Applications and Energy Research and Production of the House Committee on Science and Technology. The hearing will address the proposed conversion of domestic research and test reactors from high enriched uranium to low enriched uranium.
