By {{letter dated|date=April 20, 2021|text=letter dated April 20, 2021}} [1], Holtec submitted final responses to the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) second round requests for additional information pertaining to the HI-STAR ATB 1T application, along with the proposed Certificate of Compliance (CoC) and supporting licensing drawings and technical reports. To accompany this submittal, Holtec herewith submits Revision 3 of the Safety Analysis Report (SAR) for the HI-STAR ATB 1T Non-Fuel Waste Transport System (Holtec Report HI-2146312). of this letter contains the proprietary version of the abovementioned SAR, while  contains the non-proprietary version. As Attachment 1 is considered proprietary, an affidavit requesting that the information therein be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 is contained in Attachment 3.
