SECOND REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE REVIEW OF THE MODEL NO. HI-STAR ATB 1T PACKAGE
Dear Mr. Ngwayah:
By letter dated February 6, 2017, you submitted an application for Certificate of Compliance No.
9375, Revision No. 0, for the Model No. HI-STAR ATB 1T package. By letter dated April 14, 2017, you responded to our request for supplemental information (RSI) letter dated March 21, 2017. By letter dated December 8, 2017, you responded to our first request for additional information (RAI) letter dated August 9, 2017, and you completed your RAI responses by letter dated April 2, 2018.
In connection with the staffs review of the application, we need the information identified in the enclosure to this letter. We request that you provide this information by August 6, 2018.
Further, we propose to conduct a public meeting with you to discuss specific aspects of your submittal, as the staff continues to have numerous and significant technical concerns with this package design.
