• If NEI 17-06 is found acceptable, create a new Regulatory Guide (RG) for endorsing NEI 17-06

• New RG to address association with previously endorsed EPRI TR 106439

• Link RG 1.164, Dedication of Commercial-Grade Items for Use in Nuclear Power Plants to new RG 3
