| By {{letter dated|date=June 30, 2020|text=letter dated June 30, 2020}}, as supplemented by letters dated August 11, 2020, November 20, 2020, and April 27, 2021, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2; Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2; and Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP), Units 1, 2, 3, and 4 (SNC fleet). The proposed LAR would revise the SNC Standard Emergency Plan, including the site annexes, to change the emergency response organization staffing composition and extend staff augmentation time from 75 to 90 minutes.

| This correspondence addresses only VEGP Units 3 and 4. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Nos. 187 and 185 to Combined License (COL) Nos. NPF-91 and NPF-92 for VEGP Units 3 and 4, respectively.
