- PICATINNY ARSENAL PHYSICAL SECURITY P! AN By letter dated July 27, 1988 Picatinny Arsenal submitted a revise'( /stcal Security Plan addressing cosaents received from NRC. The connents were based  :

on my site visit to the facility on June 16, 1988. ,

The revised plan has adequately addressed the ccaments and meets the requirements of10CFR73.67(d). Currently, Picatinny has the material in storage only. They were advised that prior to using the material they must revise the Security Plan to indicate how they will protect the material while in use.

I reccamend approval of their Physical Security Plan.
