ISSUANCE OF LICENSE CONDITION TO DEPARTMENT OF ARMY MATERIALS LICENSE NO. SNM-561 We have completed our review of the Anny's Annairent Reseajr h 64 Development Comand (Picatinny Arsenal) Physical Security Plan for SNM-561 CFX Uranium Sources and found it to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67(d), "Fixed Site Requirements for Special Nuclear Material of Moderate Strategic Significance."
Currently Picatinny Arsenal has their material in storage only. They were advised that their Security Plan would need to be revised to meet Section 73.67(d)(1) before its use.
Accordingly, please add the following license condition to their Materials License SNM-561, effective imediately.
I "The licensee shall follow the physical protection plan titled "Physical Security Plan for SNM-561 CFX Uranium 235 Sources (Revision 0)" dated July 29, 1988, provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e ."and as it may)be further revised in accordance with If you have any questions, please contact Rocio C.
