| By letter dated December 14, 2018, you applied for an amendment to the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1, Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-50. The proposed change would have revised Technical Specification 6.8.5 "Reactor Building Leakage Rate Testing Program," to allow for a one-cycle extension to the 10-year frequency of the containment leakage rate test (i.e., Integrated Leakage Rate Test or Type A test). Subsequently, by letter dated June 17, 2019, you withdrew the amendment request. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication. | | |

SUBJECT:
THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (EPID L-2018-LLA-0571)
Dear Mr. Hanson:
Sincerely,
