By removing the specificity of the location in the SAR it allows the ability to move the information without requesting a license amendment. TS 5.1 conti nues to require it to be in the SAR.

Re: TS change for 6% fuel to omit section reference Date: Thursday, May 12, 2016 10:43:01 AM The current SAR is not in NUREG 1537 format and currently that information is in Section 1 and 3. We are transitioning to NUREG 1537 format so the information will be relocated to Sections 1 and 4.

By removing the specificity of the location in the SAR it allows the ability to move the information without requesting a license amendment. TS 5.1 continues to require it to be in the SAR.
