Re: St. Lucie Unit 2 Docket No. 50-389 Proposed License Amendment Low Steam Generator Level Reactor Tri and AFAS Set pints ln accordance with IO CFR 50.90, Florida Power 5 Light Company (FPL) submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Facility License NPF-I 6. 'perating The proposed amendment revises Technical Specification 2.2. I, Reactor Protection Instrumentation (RPS), and 3/4.3.2., Engineered Safety Features Actuation System (ESFAS) Instrumentation and the associated Bases. The proposed change lowers the RPS steam generator low level trip setpoint from > 39.5% narrow range (NR) (allowable value > 39.I% NR) to > 20.5% NR (allowable value > I 9.5% NR). The Auxiliary Feedwater Actuation Signal (AFAS) steam generator low level trip setpoint is lowered from its current value of > 20.6% NR (allowable value > 20.0% NR) to > l 9.0% NR (allowable value > l8.0% NR)..
