By letter dated March 16, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No.291 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-65 for Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 2 andAmendment No. 229 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-49 for Millstone Power Station, UnitNo. 3, to address a variety of administrative changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated February 25, 2005.It was determined that several errors were introduced to several TS pages as a result ofDominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) processing and software issues.
By letter dated March 16, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Amendment No.
DNC requestedthat the NRC re-issue the affected TS pages as replacement pages for the associatedamendments. The replacement TS pages are enclosed.
