In a September 19, 2007 teleconference between Energy Northwest and members of the Staff reviewing the subject request, information supplemental to the request was discussed. This letter transmits that information to the reviewers and to the subject docket. The information needed for the reviewer's evaluation is as follows:

* Energy Northwest recalculated the examination composite coverage of nozzle to vessel weld N18 using the examination volume of Figure IWB-2500-7(b) of the 1989 Edition of ASME Section XI. The total composite coverage was determined to be 63%.
This letter transmits that information to the reviewers and to the subject docket.
