==Dear Mr. Marion:==

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the topical report (TR) program, we are seeking up-to-date information on the future TR submittals for planning and budgeting purposes. We also plan to implement a process to prioritize the reviews of owners' group and vendor TRs. Therefore, we request that you provide a list of planned submittals for FY2008 and FY2009. Additionally, please prioritize, from 1 to N, each of your TRs currently under NRC review, as well as future submittals, and provide the estimated number of reactor sites planning to use the approved TR. We request this information by March 31, 2008.
