In a November 15, 2013, email, Energy Northwest stated that it was performing screening level analyses, in accordance with JLD-ISG-2013-01 (Reference 2), for the upstream dams addressed in Columbia's Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) Table 2.4-1, Major Columbia River Basin Dams, and certain upstream dams which are not addressed in the FSAR table. |
