On August 22, 2014, the parties in this matter filed a Joint Proposed Transcript Corrections.

Since that date, we have discovered one additional correction that should have been included in the August 22 filing. Specifically, at page 134, line 1, in testimony given by Ms. Lian, the word only should be changed to early.

I have appended an amended Attachment 1, NRC Staff Hearing Transcript Errata Sheet, from the August 22, 2014 filing to this letter, reflecting the addition.

The parties have consulted and there is no objection to this proposed transcript correction. The parties respectfully request that the transcript be revised to incorporate this correction.
