(Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor) ) 50-228-EA NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff (Staff) is filing this notification to inform all parties that, on February 28, 2017, the Staff issued an order and conforming license amendment to Aerotest Operations, Inc. and Nuclear Labyrinth, LLC approving, subject to certain license conditions, the indirect transfer of Facility Operating License No. R-98 for the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor. The order was effective upon issuance but becomes null and void should the proposed indirect license transfer not be completed by February 28, 2018, provided, however, that upon written application and for good cause shown, such date may be extended by order. The order and conforming license amendment are available at Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML16333A448.
