Dear Judge Hawkens:
On April 24, 2014, a pre-hearing teleconference was held in this matter to discuss, inter alia, scheduling matters. During the conference, you asked that counsel for the parties work out a proposed schedule and submit it to you by May 5, 2014.
Mr. Silberg, Ms. Harshaw and I have consulted on this matter and, based on the availability of witnesses and counsel, have agreed on the attached Joint Proposed Schedule. Regarding the initial disclosures/hearing file, counsel for the parties have agreed to waive the requirement of a privilege log.
Under the proposed schedule, the evidentiary hearing would be held the week of August 4, 2014.
