The Office of Investigations initiated the investigation to determine whether a senior program advisor at Arizona Public Service Company's Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Tonopah, Arizona, was the subject of discrimination for raising safety concerns. Based on the evidence developed during the investigation, the allegation that a senior program advisor at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station was the subject of discrimination for raising safety concerns was not substantiated. The NRC plans no further action related to the discrimination aspect of this allegation and considers this investigation closed.
