Thank you for your email, and we appreciate your questions. I believe the attached email is responsive to your query. As I stated below in my August 11, 2016 email and is echoed by Fred Bower in the attached email to you, the NRC did not generate a list of questions to ask NextEra during the June 15, 2016 public meeting. The NRC staff spontaneously and informally asked questions as NextEra gave its presentation; as such there is no list available to send to you in such regard. Freds attached email also provides information on the associated ADAMS ML #s associated with this and your other concerns.
I also would like to remind you that technical correspondence (e.g., audit reports, requests for additional information, safety evaluation and nonproprietary information submitted by NextEra) between the NRC/NRR staff and NextEra during the staffs review of the NextEra license amendment request will be available to the public, and verbal communication of a technical nature is transparently conducted through a public meeting.

I forwarded your previous email to Fred Bower so that he can consider whether to include a formal response to this question in the letter he is planning to send you responding to all of your other questions, but the short answer is: I dont have knowledge that the NRC had a list of questions. NextEra was presenting, and the NRC participants peppered the applicant with clarifying questions during and after they presented their slides (see the public meetings section on the Seabrook ASR Public Webpage http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/ops-experience/concrete-degradation.html#mtgs.) If you want to be ensured to have the specifics of any public meeting, we encourage you to call in to public meetings - we always give notice and a way to observe - and that ensures that you are privy to the specifics of public meetings that are not transcribed.
