PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN HANSON: Good morning. Before we begin todays Commission meeting with the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, I call to order a Commission affirmation session. Madam Secretary, I believe we have two items for the Commission to affirm today.

Would you please lead us through?

Light Company (Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units 3 and 4). The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order that provides direction to the parties in this adjudication following the Commissions decision in CLI-22-2. In that decision, the Commission solicited views on the practical effects of two optionsleaving in place the subsequently renewed licenses for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Units 3 and 4 or reinstating the previous licenses.

The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order that affirms its direction in CLI-22-2 to shorten the expiration dates of the Turkey Point licenses to 2032 and 2033 and terminates this proceeding.

Would you please affirm your votes?

[ALL RESPOND AT ONCE]

CHAIRMAN HANSON: Aye.

COMMISSIONER BARAN: Aye.
