In Reference 1, Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(a)(3)(ii), NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra Energy Seabrook) requested approval for an alternative to the requirements of ASME Code,Section XI, subarticle IWA 4422.1.

In Reference 2, NextEra Energy Seabrook submitted its response to NRC's request for additional information (RAI). In a subsequent phone conversation discussing the response to the RAI, the NRC requested that NextEra Energy Seabrook provide additional line numbers for the relief request.

NextEra Energy Seabrook is requesting that the below listed line numbers be added to Relief Request RA-12-001, Revision 2: "B" Train 24-inch diameter service water supply pipes, line numbers SW- 1802-003-153-24", SW- 1820-003-153-24", and SW- 1812-003-153-24".
