Letter from P. R. Simpson (Exelon Generation Company) to U. S. NRC "Submission of Standard Practice Procedure Plans and Foreign Ownership Control or Influence Package", dated December 19, 2012 In accordance with 10 CFR 95.17, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is advising the NRC of a significant changethat may affect EGC's status concerning foreign ownership, control, or influence. Specifically, Kenneth W. Cornew has been named Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Exelon, and President and CEO of EGC. The Attachment supplements the referenced submission, and it provides an updated Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) list for Exelon Corporation and for EGC.

Portions of the Attachment contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that, if made public, would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information in the Attachment be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6). Because EGC seeks to withhold this attachment in its entirety, a nonproprietary version of the attachment has not been prepared.
